Art is a good way to get people in the same room. Community work gives us a reason to stay there, listen, and do something useful together.
That can mean helping make a local event feel welcoming, supporting an organization doing steady work, or lending a hand where it is needed. Groups such as the Nevada Diabetes Association are part of the wider network of people working to make life better for Nevadans. I want this space to leave room for those stories, too.
